C/CAG Council Liaison Meeting Attendance 2012

It should be noted that Council Member Perez's name does not appear on the 2012 Liaison List. Perez was recommended for several liaison assignments but officially declined to accept any of them as is noted at the bottom of the Liaison List. The Mayor/Vice Mayor were Kiesel and Frisella respectively.

For the year 2012, it is not possible to have excellent attendance when you are not responsible to attend and do not attend - 0 attendance out of 0 potential meetings is not 100%, mathematically, division by zero has no meaning or undefined. How is a lack of involvement representing the citizens of Foster City?
