Verbal Personal Attacks

Quite often, Council Member Perez verbally attacks various people who do not agree with him. Does he really think that other people are not entitled to their opinion? Perhaps he forgets that there are 5 people on the City Council each of whom is entitled to their own opinion which may or may not agree with his.
