Who gets to see your signature?

The knowledge of who signed the petition will be limited to the person collecting the signatures for the designated local area, the proponents of the recall who will be checking that the forms are complete and for counting purposes, and the government officials verifying the signatures.

What right do we have to initiate`a recall? We elected them to the office to represent the residents and we have the Constitutional right to recall them from office if they are not doing so.
