Why treat the residents like children?
Isn't your role an educator, not a chastiser?
Do you really believe that a falling Bond would teach us a lesson?
You are in the education business are you not?
Perez's abrasiveness entices people to stay further away, not come closer.
Each time Perez speaks, he seems to forget that the Council reports to the people.
