No Private Streets in Foster City?, April 15, 2019

Where did "There are no private streets in Foster City ..." come from?
  • Are you sure?
  • Would the Home Owners Associations agree?
  • One would think that after over 7 plus years on the City Council, proper homework would have been done.
  • At the very least, not include such a phrase in their comments.
Then "... you own the street, you have to maintain it ...".
  • If you "own" and "pay" for it, don't you have a right to say what happens to it?
  • How would you define private?
